Educational Requirements
Diploma
Desired Skills
- Education: College Diploma or First Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Experience: 6/2 years of experience in banking and IT jobs
- Graduate Trainees will be assigned at specified place of work after successful completion of 3-4 months initial on job graduate trainee training program in Addis Ababa.
- At least one reference shall be stated in CV from current and/or former employment

Competency:
• Good knowledge of IT principles, concepts and practices
• Considerable knowledge of banking operating systems
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
• Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
• Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support and
• Practical & theoretical knowledge of Computer applications
