Bachelor's

Expected Competencies:
• Excellent communications and report drafting skills
• Strong Leadership and Management skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Amharic, speak oromifaa preferable
• Administrative abilities, communication skill and experience in report writing Strong
analytical and planning skills
• Knowledge of major donors’ rules, regulations and reporting requirements
• Sound knowledge of development program planning, project design and monitoring and
evaluation
• Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and
professional background
• Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Strong background in computers (MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with digital technologies for social media communications(web page, FB, twitter) database and data analysis an advantage

- Academic Qualification: MA or Bachelor Degree in sociology, community Development, or any other social science related fields
- Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience for MA holders and 5 years for BA degree
