- Education: BA/BSC Degree or ACII
- Experience: 6 years relevant experience, of which 2 years as Branch Manager or 8 years experience in service providing organizations, of which 2 years at managerial position
Competencies:
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance business
• Comprehensive knowledge of monitoring and evaluation technique
• Excellent knowledge of company financial policies
• Ability to make timely decisions
• Ability to effectively coordinate activities to achieve maximum efficiency
• Analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
