Job Requirement
• BA/MBA/MA degree in Economics, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Project Management and other related fields with ten years and eight years relevant work experience respectively, out of which 5/3 years in managerial positions.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Relevant business process improvement, project establishment facilitation, and project establishment management skills and experience
• Understanding Gadaa system economic Model
• Demonstrated skills and experience, marketing analysis (identifying opportunities and defining future state), and share management (rolling-up multiple related work streams, Bank project establishment &/or programs into a consolidated portfolio view)
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word)
• Ability to work with others to resolve Bank project establishment issues and manage stringent timelines for Bank project establishment deliverables
• Demonstrated excellence in coaching, collaboration, and Bank project establishment management expertise
• Good presentation skills and public speech
• Good command in Afan Oromo English, Amharic & is must while other languages are advantageous
