Educational Qualification
• Diploma in Library Science, Teaching (preferable in KG) or in any related field
• 12th grade certificate with the old curriculum or 10th grade certificate complete with the new curriculum
Working experience:
• One year relevant experience for diploma and at least two years relevant experience for certificate working with children or Library in the above mentioned fields or related fields
• Having a teaching experience in KG is highly advantageous
Proficiency
• Active and communicative professional appearance;
• Excellent and proven experience in planning and firm belief in teamwork;
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally, to achieve the goals of the organization;
• Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques;
• Skills on different computer programs and platforms like Office Suite, internet and e-mail;
• Understand the sense of volunteerism and exercise it, show willingness to execute tasks as assigned by supervisors;
• Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of library users;
• Develop creative and unique ways to improve operations of the library as well as the organization and to create new opportunities
• Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
Language requirement: Proficiency in English languages is advantageous.
