Company: SARIA Consultancy P.L.CPosition: ReceptionistSalary: NegotiablePurpose of the Job: - To handle all guest and client questions, provide information; handle day-to-day administrative duties and supportDuties and Responsibilities• Greet all clients with strong customer service and communications skills• Record all incoming/outsourcing clients information• Provide direction to all clients in terms of who to speak to• Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.• Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications• Screen incoming emails and distribute them to relevant team members for action or follow up.• Handle unit / department routine correspondence.• Order office supplies and equipment as required• File documents according to execution numbers and filing protocols• File documents and contracts in soft copy as required• Process invoices and payments as required• Ensure all office files are managed according to confidential and internal processes• Review and summarize reports and documents• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Academic qualification
• Bachelor degree in Office Management and Information System (OMIS)
Additional qualifications
• Able to communicate verbally and in written format to all organizational levels
• Has excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and power point;
• Efficiency in English, both writing and speaking is
• Ability to work in a team and has excellent communication skill
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• As the first impression for guests, someone who comes across as positive and can provide exceptional receptionist service;
• Preferably with previous experience in the Customer Service industry;
Years of experience: Minimum of 1 year or less and prior internship service is an added value
