- Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Hotel Management, Attending HACCP training, knowledge of different chemical usage, good knowledge of leadership, skill in use computer Word, Excel and MC software, good knowledge of English writing communication, able to prepare a daily report, working as steward shift leader min. 2 years in 4 & 5 star Hotel/resorts, working as steward min. 4 years in 4 & 5 star hotel/resorts, working as chief steward preferable

- Basic Competencies: Desirable knowledge, skills and behavioral competencies.
