- Qualification & Experience: 10+2 completed, attending HACCP training/optional, knowledge of different chemical usage, good knowledge of leadership, skill in use computer, good knowledge of English writing communication, able to prepare a daily report, working as steward min. 4 years in 4 & 5 star Hotel/resorts, working as shift leader preferable
- Basic Competencies: Desirable knowledge, skills and behavioral competencies.
