St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical CollegeVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Senior Expert Construction Management Job Description:• Review current construction management rules and regulation and with appropriate bodies formulate long term strategies, studies, plans, programs and projects.• Develop framework and system for transparent and accountable construction management.• Build the capacity MoUDC for construction project management by creating standard and procedures.• Advice procedures to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion• Develop review systems for the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs• Oversee sample onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations and develop system of compliance and safety.• Develop procedure to coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors• Develop to select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory in construction works/projects.• Develop system to meet contractual conditions of performance• Create construction projects review & supervision mechanism to monitor the work progress on regular• Support Federal Housing Cooperation, Construction works supervision Authority, Construction project management institute and Integrated infrastructure service Agency,• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks in construction managementHow to Apply• All Interested applicants can apply in person to the office of Human resource development and administration Directorate of St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College until 5 pm local time of the 10th day counted from day of the first public appearance of this advertisement.
