National Bank of Ethiopia Vacancy AnnouncementPosition: Chief Secretariat to the Governor Job Responsibilities• Provides high-level secretariat support to key internal and external meetings involving the Governor, including preparing agendas, coordinating or writing papers, producing minutes, and activities;• Works closely and effectively with the Governor to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.• Liaise with external bodies with which the Governor require representation and are involved as required.• Prepare correspondence, reports, memos and presentation materials as required.• Maintain short, medium and long-term diaries for the Governor, making the necessary travel, meeting and other arrangements for appointments;• Opens and screens mail addressed to the Governor, answers routine mail independently and routes other mail with background material as necessary;• Ensure the effective operation of the Governor’s Office.• Perform other tasks assigned by the Governor.How to Apply• Interested and qualified applicants should pick structured application format at the gate of the Bank (or download from its website), complete all mandatory parts and send the application with copies of essential documents including Grade 8 certificate, using the bellow mentioned address within five working days after the first advertisement date. Job Requirement
• 1st Degree or equivalent in Literature, Office Administration & Technology, Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Journalism, and related field and 8/6 years of relevant experience for 1st degree and 2nd degree holders, respectively.
• Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management members, external bodies.
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power point
• Age limit: Not exceeding 45 years
• Gender: Preferably Female
