National Bank of Ethiopia Vacancy AnnouncementPosition: Project Management office DirectorJob Duties• Effectively identify follow-up, control and manage the bank’s portfolio of projects from inception to final close out.• Manage multiple projects concurrently and represent the Bank’s interest on all projects.• Consult on or run the bank’s projects, ensuring consistency and best practice.• Perform effective and efficient resource allocation i.e., human, financial, material, for projects. Job Requirement
• 2nd Degree or equivalent in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field and 10/8 years of relevant experience in project management for 2nd degree or PhD holders, respectively, of which 5 years as a project manager in IT or Construction Management.
• Leadership and Strategic thinking, Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, strong in communicating effectively, judgment and decision making, critical thinking & active listening, good knowledge of basic computer application, good monitoring and evaluation skills, good project management skills. Managing complex, strategic client relationship, managing budgets and tracking financial data, ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests and requirements, ability to develop and coach subordinates, ability to solve problems and stress handling, ability to handle and resolve conflicts, excellent organizational and time management
• Age limit: Not exceeding 45 years
