- Education: BA in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related fields
- Experience: Six years relevant experience out of which one year on senior or supervisory position in Underwriting/Claims.

Knowledge & skill:
• Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
• Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
• Team building skills.
• Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Written & spoken English language proficiency.
• Excellent computer skill.
• Having CII Diploma is an advantage.
