Qualification Required:
• BA Degree in Management/ Business Management or any business related field of studies with a minimum of one-year relevant experience in Administrative/secretarial activities.
Or
• A minimum of college Diploma/ 10+3 / level III certificates in secretarial science & office management/ Customer contact & secretarial operation/ Secretarial science or any business related field of study with a minimum of two years relevant experience in Administrative/secretarial activities.

Essential Competencies:
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Good communication skills and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Hotel experience is mandatory.
