Job Requirement
• 2nd Degree or equivalent in Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance or related field and 10/8 years of relevant experience for 2nd degree or PhD holders, respectively, of which 3 years as a head of training or academic institute.
• Leadership and strategic thinking, Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, Strong in communicating effectively, Judgment and decision making, Critical thinking & active listening, Good Knowledge of basic computer applications, good technical knowledge in training area.
