African Disability Forum (ADF)Vacancy AnnouncementPosition: Project OfficerJob DescriptionADF Project Officers report to the ADF Program Director and are responsible for organizing and implementing all activities of the project for which they are responsible.• Prepare a Work Plan for the implementation of the activities of the assigned project.• Implement activities according to the Work Plan.• Prepare and submit progress reports as specified in the project document.• Design training and other materials.• Identify trainers / resource persons for any project training activities.• Involve resource persons from DPOs and development organizations in the implementation of training and other activities of the project.• Carry out awareness-raising training activities for personnel of participating organizations.• Supervise the work of any ADF staff, interns or volunteers assigned to the project.• Undertake such other tasks as may be assigned by the Program Director and/or the Executive Director.How to Apply• All applicants should send their CV, references, with motivation letter to the ADF office by 25 March 2019 via email jobs@africandisabilityforum.org Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for a written exam and face to face interview.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the implementation of disability and development projects.
