• BA degree in HRM, Management and other related fields with four (04) years and above experience in HR and Business administration fields preferably in investment and business development related sectors
• Experience in manufacturing factories especially Textile and Garment
• Good working knowledge of computer office applications such as Microsoft word, excel, etc.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English
• Ability to manage large group of teams and promote good work environment
• Strong understanding of labor laws
