Qualification, Experience and Skills
• BA degree in Management, Project Management, and or other related fields with ten (10) years and above work experience in project management field preferably in investment and business development sectors.
• Experience in managing investment and development related projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local regulations
