- Education: BA Degree in Management/ Accounting / Marketing or in related fields
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as Claims/ Underwriting Officer II
Competencies:
• Good knowledge of insurance business
• Good knowledge of risk assessment and management techniques
• Good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques Ability to make timely decisions
• Ability to effectively coordinate activities to achieve set objectives
• Analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
