Zemen BankVacancy AnnouncementJob Title: Executive Assistant/Assistant to the PresidentJob summary: • The purpose of the post is to: provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and relieve the President/ CEO from daily routines through administering and facilitating inter-office communications, flow of information, preparation of correspondences and memos, review and dissemination of policies, procedures, rules and guidelines, etc.; to serve as a liaison to the senior management teams; to organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversee special projects; receive all incoming guests and visitors to the office; make and records appointments; prepare agenda and arrange programs for meetings; follow-up the effective implementations of decisions made by BOD and Office of the President on different matters; maintain a filing system; liaise the office of the President/CEO with internal and external bodies; take minutes of Executive management and Senior Management meetings as and when instructed by the President.

Master's
Desired Skills
- Educational Qualification Required: MA/MBA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Banking and Finance or in related fields
- Minimum Work Experience: 12 years of relevant banking experience of which 4 years as a Division Manager or in equivalent positions.
Additional Skills:
• Skill and knowledge in banking operations
• Good skill in office administration
• Exceptional interpersonal skill.
• Good written and spoken language ability both Amharic and English.
• Communication skills
• Computer application skill Emotional Intelligence
• Report writing skill.
