MACCFA Freight Logistics PLCExternal Vacancy AnnouncementPosition: Sales Manager • Reporting to the Chief Executive for Commercial & Business Development, the sales manager will lead the sales team and develop a customer portfolio of strategic accounts. Required Qualification & experience
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
• A minimum of five years experience in freight forwarding, preferably in a sales and marketing position.

Required Competencies
• Knowledge of the Ethiopian Freight Forwarding business (Incoterms, routes, regulations etc…)
• A track record of developing sales in a competitive environment,
• Strong negotiation skills and an ability to meet and beat sales targets
• An ability to take initiatives and to build new solutions for the client.
• A customer-oriented professional with a great attention to details
• Fluent in English, able to work in an international environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to travel to meet customers (10-20% of the time)
