Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration or Sociology or related fields and eight years relevant experience or Masters Degree in the above mentioned fields and four years relevant experience. Relevant experiences in the health facilities are preferable
• Communication skills that allow the incumbent to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals,
• Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require,
• Problem-solving skills: confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations.
