Sunshine Construction PLCVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Office ManagerJOB DESCRIPTION• Provides comprehensive supporting services to the entire executives• Ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole.• Provides sophisticated calendar management.• Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance.• Makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.• Administers correspondence, manages incoming calls, and prioritizes phone messages, emails and mail.• Dealing with general enquiries from clients, partner organizations and supporters received by telephone, email and face to face.• Make and follow business travel and hotel reservations.• Handles all calls and visitors with grace, sophistication and professionalism• Displays engaging interpersonal skills including the ability to think and act strategically, provide sound judgment, and provide a positive and energetic attitude.• Maintain current mailing and phone list• Update the executives in the holistic aspects of the daily routines.• Maintain the office procedures while keeping its high level integrity• To maintain accurate financial records including invoices, standing orders, and payments for goods and services.• To undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required.• To manage the petty cash system.• To maintain and manage the office diary.How to Apply• Interested applicants who meet the requirements can submit their CVs and Testimonials in person before Saturday February 2, 2019, to Sunshine Construction PVT.LTD.CO, Bole road Opposite Flamingo Restaurant. Job Requirement
• BA in management and Business related study
• Five years and above (Experience of working in International Business Organization or International NGOs would be highly considered)
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of Sunshine Investment Group
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced skills in Outlook, Power-point, Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Proactive approach with strong planning, implementation and multi-tasking skills, ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
• Comfortable reacting to urgent and unexpected demands and juggling priorities accordingly
• Proven team player with a can-do, collaborative approach
• Ability to manage own workloads with minimal supervision but with judgments to establish and monitor priorities and seek guidance where required.
