Catholic Relief ServicesVacancy AnnouncementPosition Title: Communications Officer- Duly Station: CRS/Addis Ababa Office- Employment Term: Indefinite period- Reports To: Communications and Disability Program Specialist- Application Deadline: January 14, 2019Purpose of the Position: The communications officer is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the CRS’ Communications Unit to deliver strong, dynamic and cutting- edge communication about the CRS work in Ethiopia. Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum of five years’ work for bachelors and 2 years for Master, work experience in media, marketing, public relations or journalism, experience working with INGOs or’ UN preferred.
• Experience in event planning and managing communication strategies targeting a variety of audiences.
