Qualification Required:
• BA degree in any business related field of studies from a recognized college/university and certificate in Food & beverage/Hotel Operation related field of studies with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience out of which 3 years experience in the position.
Essential Competencies:
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Good communication skills and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Significant experience in a customer-service position
• Experience in team management
• Extremely guest oriented and service minded
• Leadership, well organized
• Good at developing sales
