Description
Responsibilities includea) Conducts clerical duties including filing of documents, b) responds to emails and phone calls;c) Coordinates use of office facilities; d) Schedules meetings;e) Performs accounting tasks such as invoicing;f) Handles routine office bills;g) Maintains stock lists and purchases office supplies;h) Submits documents and collects the same from different offices, if need be.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's
Desired Skills
a) Degree in marketing, accounting, management and the like.
b) Fluent in English and Amharic
c) Strong time management and organizational skills
d) Proficient in Microsoft Office;
e) Previous experience is not a must where a candidate has demonstrable potential and traits.
