Position: Office Administrative Assistance (Management)Essential Functions & Responsibilities:• Follow up monthly VAT Payment• Managing and writing Both Incoming and Outgoing letters• Providing Secretarial Services • Logistic and liaison Activities• Assistance to CEO and Support different Management tasks• Outstanding Written and Oral Communication Skills of English Language• File Management and other Related Work• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised and on own initiative • Any other tasks required by the Chief Executive of IntraCom commensurate with the level of the post. Educational Requirements
Bachelor's
Desired Skills
Qualification:
• Degree in Business Management Systems, MIS, Economics, or Marketing from a recognized University/College with One Year or More Experience

• Amharic Typing Knowledge and Experience is Required
• Peachtree Accounting knowledge and experience is required
• Microsoft Office [Ms Word, Ms Excel] knowledge and experience is required
