Catholic Relief Services (CRS)Vacancy Announcement Position Title: Project Officer - ICT4D- Duty Station: Ethiopia/Addis Ababa- Employment Term: Indefinite term contingent up on funding of the LRO program.- Reports to: Program Manager I - LRO MEALJob Summary: • As a member of the Feed the Future Livelihoods for Resilience Oromia (LRO) Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) project team, you will monitor and report on all ICT4D project activities in support of Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work serving the poor and vulnerable. Your thorough and service- oriented approach will ensure that the project consistently applies best practices and constantly works towards improving the impact of its benefits to those we serve.

Typical Background, Experience and Requirements:
Education and Experience
• MA/MSC or BA/BSC Degree in ICT4D related field of study
• 2 years relevant experience for MA or 4 years relevant experience for BA degree
• Experience in the field of MEAL and ICT4D and for an NGO would be a plus
• Significant experience in deploying technology solutions that support project activities in international aid and development
• Experience with technologies typically used in the ICT4D space including CommCare, ArcGlS online, iFormBuilder, Zoho Reports, Mobile Money Systems. SAVIX, Bartender, ODK, CSPro, etc...
• Demonstrated experience with data representation technologies such as GIS, business intelligence and dashboard/ reporting systems.
• Experience delivering ICT training to both technical and nontechnical audiences; both in person and remotely

• Observation, active listening and analysis skills with ability to make sound judgment
• Good relationship management skills and the ability to work closely with local partners and community members
• Attention to details, accuracy and timeliness in executing assigned responsibilities
