Work Experience & Preferable skills:
• Minimum of Five years of job experience in the hotel industry as food and beverage manager or assistant food and beverage manager.
• Good knowledge of food production, food and beverage control, and food and beverage service system.
Good working knowledge of Opera software is an advantageous.
