Position: Manager, IT Project Management Division

Job Summary: The Project Manager focuses on managing ongoing projects, and meeting project commitments. The Project Manager then ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications). He/she ensures the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors). The Project Manager is also responsible for managing the work of consultants, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.

Desired Skills
- Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related tiled plus minimum 5 to 10 years of experience on Project Management (from concept to product launch) track record in any Industry (New Product Development, Product Life Cycle or Technology Transfers, Logistic, Process management, finance, restructuration, acquisition)

Knowledge, Abilities & Skills required:
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
• Able to bring Project Management tools and best practices
• Ability to understand current/changing business processes, participation in defining application and platform functionality
• Ability to identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Holds sound understanding of IT technology concepts and software architectures, MS products, development tools, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise using written & verbal communication skills to distil technology projects into understandable and compelling executive level presentations.
• Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.
• Extensive product and program management experience with techniques such as use case analysis, data / process flow diagramming, process mapping and requirements.
• Problem solving and innovations skills
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Leadership and managerial skills
Certifications
• PMI/Prince2 Certification or equivalent diploma is an asset
• Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
