• Education: PHD or MSc in Irrigation Engineering
• Work Experience: A minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Design of Conventional and Pressurized Irrigation Schemes.
• Other skills: Computer Literate with Knowledge of different relevant Software and good command in spoken and written English.
