Zemen BankVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Senior Customer Service Officer - OperationJob Summary:• The purpose of this job is to serve customers and ensuring customer satisfaction with full effort and maximum care; call and visit customers, promote the bank and its products, propose to establish relationship with the bank and follow up on the customer’s action and the bank’s services being provided and ensure all banking needs of customers are met on time.Location: (For Banking Centers in Mekelle)

Desired Skills
Educational Qualification Required:
• BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration or in related fields.
Minimum Work Experience
• 4 years relevant experience of which 2 years as an officer or in equivalent positions.
• Candidates with branch accountant and loan officer experiences are highly encouraged to apply.
