Diploma

• Required Educational Qualification: College Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical Engineering or other relevant fields of study
• Required Work Experience: 2 years of related experience after graduation

Other Requirements:
• Knowledge of computer operating systems and characteristics
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting methods and techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware problems
• Skill in the use of computers and peripheral equipment

1-3 years
