• Qualification: BSc/MSc in Civil/ Hydraulic/ Irrigation Engineering and related fields
• Practical work experience and skills: 5 years and above of proven experience in irrigation and water supply construction projects either as a project manager or site engineer.
• Proven competence of Afaan Oromoo (written and spoken) is mandatory for applicants for projects in Oromia regions
