In this role you will be responsible for helping to develop the company’s business and deliver projects for a wide range of public and private sector clients in Ethiopia, and regionally, working alongside our Rwandan office.The position will be based initially from a home base until an office is established and an attractive salary package will be provided depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements:
The successful applicants will:
• Possess relevant tertiary qualification(s) in environmental science, environmental engineering, social science or related field (preferably postgraduate level);
• Have experience in the environmental sector, particularly in the areas of ESIA and planning, water resource management, community development or other related fields;
• Be able to identify and develop new opportunities for Earth Systems in Ethiopia and across the Region;
• Have exceptional English and Amharic language communication skills;
• Be passionate about the environment; and
• Have an interest in / be able to travel domestically and regionally when required.
