MAY Real Estate Home Owners AssociationVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Manager, Building Administration & General Service Duties & Responsibilities:• Providing customer service to residents and owners• Managing relationships with vendors (elevator, security etc.)• Oversight of daily activities in the compound• Managing employees• Calculating and Paying monthly payroll taxes of May Real Estate employees• Paying utility bills• Facilitate all matters with government offices etc.• Performing all other duties as instructed by the Board.• Manage a small petty cash- Duty Station: Addis Ababa, MAY Real Estate Apartment Buildings around Kazanchis- Salary: Negotiable

Job Requirement
• Degree in Management / Business Administration/ Economics or any other related fields
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a reverent position.
• Strong communication skills is a must
• Basic Computer skills like Microsoft Word, excel and etc are required.
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing employees
• Basic English language skills to work with non-Ethiopian resident
