Population Media CenterVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Radio Serial Drama Associate Producer Major Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all aspects of activities relating to pre-production of the radio serial drama including recruitment of actors and actresses and their compliance to rehearsal and recording time table.• Responsible for the planning, directing the development of production schedules and the compliance of all participants in these regards.• Responsible for ensuring that the rehearsal & recording sessions for casting, to ensure every RSD production & transmission runs on schedule, and for the provision of professional assistance to the Radio Serial Drama Producer.• Responsible for directing presenters, content makers, assistants and other crew members.Place of Work: Addis Ababa with some field work.

Diploma

Job Requirement:
• BA Degree in Drama and/Film Production of in related subjects or a higher diploma in the appropriate field.
• At least 5 years of experience (for a degree holder) OR at least 8 (eight) years of experience (for diploma holder) in the directing of production of radio serial drams, stage dramas, or films
