Follows work instructions and runs production jobs in accordance with standard operating procedures. Monitors the operation of production equipment to maintain quality and production rates. He/she is also responsible for card status activation in Front End and Back Office, Setting New Agent, Card Account Link, Account Amendment and Agent Code Correction.

Diploma

• Education: Diploma/BSc Degree in Electronics or Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields of study
• Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience for Diploma and 2 years of relevant work experience for degree holders
• Required Skills: Competence in relevant applications packages and MS office

5-10 years
