• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Industrial Engineering or related fields with six (6) years of direct work experience out of which three (3) years in a managerial position Or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Industrial Engineering or related fields with eight (8) years of direct work experience of which four (4) years in a managerial position.
