Federation of Ethiopian National Associations of Persons with Disabilities (FENAPD)Vacancy AnnouncementPosition: Training Officer (HELSIA Project)Main responsibilities: • The Training Officer will be based in Addis and responsible for FENAPD Sidama and Addis project activities. He should administer needs assessments, gauge skills shortages, and then address these through tailored training programs. The officer should also ensure the effectiveness of training instruction by monitoring performance post-intervention. To ensure success, the Training Officer should be non-judgmental and supportive of staff’s willingness to develop their skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Training Officer will grasp that staff may not always be forthcoming in disclosing their difficulties, and will navigate this roadblock successfully.- Duty Station: Addis Ababa- Salary: Negotiable & Attractive- Term of Employment: One year with possibility of extension based on performance & budget availability

Job Requirement:
• MA/BA Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Development management, Educational Management, Special Needs Education and other related field of studies
• Relevant Experience in Project and Disability: 2 years for MA, 4 years for BA
