He/she also conducts training impact assessment; follows up quality of training delivery and recommends improvements as per the contemporary change implication on training industry.- Salary: Attractive & Negotiable- Employment Type: Permanent

Bachelor's

• Education: MA/BA in Management, Educational Planning and Management, Educational Administration or related fields.
• Work Experience: 4/6 Years of relevant experience

Technical and Other Skills
• Excellent written and verbal English skills;
• Computer proficiency;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to plan, organize and initiate action;
• Be fully supportive of the object6ives the training Institute;
• Ability to monitor information and work under stress;
• Ability to design training programs.
