On behalf of Wilcom Trading PLC, we are looking for a Transitor (Customs Clearing Agent)Job Responsibilities • Prepare and handle all documents in import and export such as C/L, P/L, B/P, and other trade documents.• Prepare and follow up government customs duty documentation requirements such as permissions and exemptions. • Manage all documents related to custom clearance.• Follow up Ethiopian customs refund of duties.• Follow up suppliers for required documents.• Follow up Tariff rates and HS codes for incoming shipments.• Sending and receiving shipments.• Tracing the shipments to final destinations. • Prepare shipment status updates and reports. • Collect information about airlines flight price, time will take and frequency of flight per week and compare it before the export shipment starts. • Aggressive in collecting information from different organizations.
