IE Network Solutions PLCVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Human Resource Officer Purpose We are looking for an experienced & skilled HR Officer to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, HR planning, succession plan, performance management, training & development, employee relation, compensation, benefit, safety, employment relation, talent management, and facilities management services.Scope of Responsibilities • Providing support in the various human resource functions which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.• Compile and update employee record (hard and soft copies)• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.• Assist to provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.• Assist to coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff• Assist to coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff• Keeps information confidential by following the employee confidentiality policy• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques• Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.• Anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.• Maintains administrative workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures.• Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for organizing, or reorganizing current premises• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements• Change management and a willingness to question existing practice, design new solutions and champion them among staff.• Coordinates the request of the car and make it effective and efficient• Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles.How to Apply• IE Network Solution, HR Department invite all candidates meeting the required qualifications to send (i) an Application letter, (ii) Resume (maximum 4 pages), and (iii) Copies of working and educational credentials to apply@ienetworksolutions.com and include “Application for the Vacant position of “ Human Resource officer” in the subject line.• Only short listed candidates will be contacted.• Application Deadline: September 21, 2019
