The incumbent will serve as back up to the team members in similar or different positions within the CSU.4. Perform off-line recruitment, selection and all staffing actions including vacancy notices for all types of contracts5. Assists in Staff development activities from the learning needs to the final implementation of the SDL Plans; Assists in new staff orientation, training logistics and recordkeeping; 6. Assists in compensation and benefits administration including medical benefits, Leave administration and recordkeeping by explaining entitlements to satff and related procedures; 7. Maintains up-to-date personnel records and files in both hard and soft copies8. Drafts correspondences and letters with regards to all Administration issues9.
