- Work Experience: For BA, 1 year as Human Resource Assistant or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 1 year as Junior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent
- For Diploma, 2 years Human Resource Assistant or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Junior Learning & Development Officer or equivalent
