Awash BankVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Hardware & Network Administrator IIJob Description• The job holder is responsible for support and maintenance of desktop infrastructure including but not limited to Computers, laptops, Printers, scanners and other terminals. He/she will troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. S/he also participates in network installations of various units and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN environments.

Job Requirement
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, electrical Engineering, computer Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines with a minimum of 4(four) years of work experience in hardware and network troubleshooting relevant IT experiences.

• Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.
• Computer networks, network installation and computer troubleshooting
• Excellent technical knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware
• The ability to work well in a team, customer service and support skills.
• Certifications in A+ , CCNA or related professional course in IT

Experience Requirements

3-5 years
