Qualification Required:
• A minimum of Level I Certificate in Tourism management or any business related field of studies from a recognized college /university with a minimum of two years relevant experience or customer service related activities.

Essential Competencies:
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Good communication skills and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.

1-3 years
