Marketing• Develop a sustainable marketing strategy with view on the European market, more specifically: The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany• Yield management including acquiring tactical offers to utilise in marketing campaigns• Resposible for development of corporate identity, graphic design and promotional materials in Adobe programs• Maintainance of Dutch and English online media en website• Dutch, French, German and English translation of several materialsTourism• Manage and support the team to ensure they perform to the highest standards• Develop and manage existing products• Contract and develop new products to meet the Company’s strategic goals. Attend fairs and established new B2B contact on fairs in different countries• Regularly analyse the competition• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers ensuring that commercial considerations never compromise quality• Sort issues quickly and effectively
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's
Desired Skills
• BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism or 3 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of the travel industry in Ethiopia
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload
• Constantly looking to improve what we do with a dedication to quality and customer service
• Severe knowledge of the French, German and Dutch language
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe programs
• Excellent negotiator who understands the balance required between quality and price
