Menschen fuer Menschen FoundationVacancy AnnouncementPosition: CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT HEADMajor Duties & Responsibilities• Coordinate and supervise implementation of civil construction activities.• Review the Foundation’s standard designs.• Prepares complete tender documents for construction works.• Ensures that all specifications and quantities of works are done properly.• Evaluate the prequalification documents of potential contractors.• Participate in bid opening and evaluation and gives his recommendations.• Responsible for all Contract administration works of Foundation.- Duty Station: Addis Ababa Project Coordination Office(PCO).- No Required: 1(One)- Salary: Negotiable- Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's

Desired Skills

- Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Civil engineering or Construction Management or related.
- Work Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in the coordination, Supervision and contract administration of construction works.
- Language: A good command of spoken & written English

Experience Requirements

5-10 years
