SARIA Consultancy PLCVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Secretary CashierJob Description:• Prepare a payment request, checks, petty cash and other payment related supporting documents;• Ensure the completeness of records before processing payments• Prepare sales invoices as per the transactions detail;• Organize and file all financial related records in a professional manner;• Ensure the availability of cash at bank and on hand before processing payment;• Prepare a weekly cash flow statement and list of outstanding collection;• Record financial transaction on a timely manner• Other task assigned by your immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance or any other related fields
• Required work experience: Minimum of 2 Years experience for Diploma and zero years of experience for Degree holders
