Position: Senior Employee Services & Talent Management Officer

Job Summary: The jobholders provides support in the supervision, planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the division; administering employee benefits, ensuring that all personnel files are properly arranged and kept in filing cabinets: developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employees benefits and prepares and submit periodic reports, manage employee relations.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's

Desired Skills

- Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field plus a minimum of 6 years experience in a HR Management role preferably in the banking
- Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory

Experience Requirements

5-10 years
